Getting Started

Zapi lets anyone create useful applications just by describing them in simple English. No coding, no complicated setups—just say what you need, and Zapi makes it happen.

Create content sites, dashboards, prototypes, or full web apps quickly. Zapi helps marketers, designers, and entrepreneurs turn ideas into working apps.

Starting a new project

Create a new project and provide it with a first prompt. Your first prompt will trigger Zapi to plan and build out an initial first version. You can explore the initial prompt templates provided and add on upon them or edit them to provide more specificity.

Each project comes with its own database. There is no additional setup required.

Modes

Changing modes is how you access the various functionalities Zapi provides for building your site:

  • Preview Mode: This is where prompting and previewing changes happen.
  • Assets Mode: Use this to upload and get links to existing assets.
  • Content Mode: For managing SEO and content
  • Secrets Mode: For managing secrets such as API keys
  • Database Mode: For viewing, editing and adding database records
